Flower Mandalas - Procedural art in Python - Fractal recursion with kissing circles

Using python and the PIL library I programmed this procedural art.
Inscribe a circle of radius R with N number of kissing circles, for each new circle randomly choose a new integer N using that new circle's radius, R-new.
